CCD (Grades 1-8)
The Religious Education program at St. Mary Church is called CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine). All public schools students in the Parish in grades 1-8 should attend the Wednesday night sessions during the school year to learn about their faith and prepare them for the Sacraments of Initiation.
The CCD classes are taught by parish volunteers who are practicing their Catholic Faith in their everyday life. We use a guided course of study set forth by the Diocese of Toledo and a textbook that is in conformity with the Diocese of Toledo.

Absolutely! We do not want him/her to miss a year of catechesis and we can help with the baptismal process as well.

The cost for the CCD year:
$70 - 1 student
$120 - 2 students
$150 - 3 or more students
2nd Grade Sacramental fee = $50
8th Grade Sacramental fee = $150

My child is entering 4th grade and has not been to CCD yet. What should we do?
Please register your son/daughter for the grade he/she is entering and add a note at the end of the registration form. The director will be in touch with you and is happy to work with your son/daughter to make sure they are all caught up with their peers.
We haven't been to church in awhile. Should we still register our child for CCD?
CCD for your child(ren) is the perfect place to start getting everyone in your family back to church! At your child's baptism, you made a promise to raise him/her in the Faith. Start now!
