Our Parish family can enjoy a FREE membership to the FORMED website and app. New content is added daily/weekly and provides some of the best Catholic study and entertainment programming to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ. The app is wonderful and informational for adults and children!

To access the Formed app on your TV, computer, phone or tablet, login using the following link and easy steps:
- Click the icon above
- Select the button: Formed for Parishes, then Find Your Parish Subscription button
- Search for St. Mary Church by entering our zip code (44883) into the search bar and selecting St. Mary
- Create a login info using your name and e-mail address
